A few days ago I received 4 books from Dioptra Publications and one of them was "The Bunny Was Listening" and at first I was puzzled by the title of the book because my site is about breakups and exes and I'm not a mom.
When I read it, besides feeling like a child again, because it had been years since I held a children's book in my hands, I realized that this particular book, in a beautiful and moving way, tells you a story about loss and how someone can overcome it, and in this particular book, how a child overcomes it.
I recommend the book not only for children to read, but also for adults to read and understand the importance of how much someone can hurt from a loss, whether it's a breakup, a death, or anything else, and that we must help them get back on their feet and smile again.
